This lovely Van Cleef & Arpels heart-shaped coral and yellow gold pendant necklace from the 1990s is set with one heart-shaped cabochon pink coral stone and is suspended from a Van Cleef & Arpels pink silk cord necklace with a yellow gold lobster clasp.
